| Welcome to our website! We hope that it will be both helpful and informative. It is our attempt to keep you up-to-date with information and descriptions of our upcoming films, links to reviews of the films and our video library collection at the K-Max Video. Also, we hope to receive input and feedback from you. Active since 1994, the Quesnel Film Club, was established by a group of individuals interested in bringing to Quesnel alternative films to those being offered at the local theatre. We have brought many well-received films of cultural significance to the community. It is also our goal, through our annual film festival, to put innovative and creative images of Canada in front of Canadians. Each season we have a fall and spring line up of 8 to 10 international films. For recent information on our films and dates, refer to the schedule provided here. Each spring we also have our annual Canadian Film Festival. For recent information on our festival dates and films, refer to the schedule provided here. Based on availability from The Film Circuit, a division of the Toronto International Film Festival Group, films are chosen through a voting process.
